Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management position)

Job Summary
Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects, ensuring adequate task distribution and overseeing workflow processes. Provide support to project team activities on behalf of the client and company while line-managing assigned ICSR staff. Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to optimize procedures and increase team efficiency, proposing process changes to the Operational Lead. Manage ICSR deviations with support, review tracker and timesheet data for accuracy, and operate as the assigned team SME. Engage in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases to ensure data integrity across global pharmacovigilance projects.
Required Qualifications
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance
- Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance within which demonstrated work experience in line manager role
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Organization skills, including attention to details and multitasking
- Delegation skills
- Planning and time management
- Team working
