Job Summary
Lead the ICSR management team for assigned projects, ensuring adequate task distribution and overseeing workflow processes. Provide support to client and company activities while line managing assigned ICSR staff. Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to optimize procedures and increase team efficiency. Manage ICSR deviations with Operational Lead support, review tracker and timesheet data for accuracy, and perform case processing and second quality control. Operate as the assigned team subject matter expert and propose process changes to the Operational Lead.
Required Qualifications
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance
- Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance within which demonstrated work experience in line manager role
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Organization skills, including attention to details and multitasking
- Delegation skills
- Planning and time management
- Team working
