Associate Carrier Sales Representative

Source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight in a timely and cost-effective manner. Cultivate strong core carrier relationships while maintaining continuous communication to ensure high-quality freight movement. Schedule pickup and delivery appointments, tracking back-end billing and invoicing to ensure carrier charges are accurate. Research available databases for potential leads and make cold calls to prospects. Accurately maintain and update information in the company's operating systems while following established procedures regarding HVS and HRC loads. Requires at least one year of procurement or transportation experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, plus a 401(k) with up to 5% company match.
