Job Summary
Associate Card Auditing Coordinator located in Somerset, NJ. Responsible for reconciliation of card batch counts, recording results on documentation, reporting discrepancies to Security Manager and Supervisors, and training employees on Card Accountability requirements. Leads compliance with Facility Security and Card Accountability policies, performs 5S audits, supports enterprise system learning, and participates in safety and cleanliness programs. Requires 1 year of relevant experience, high school diploma or GED, strong math and computer skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits in a factory/office environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- High School or GED Diploma is required
- Ability to relate to employees and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and ability to use a calculator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work
- Excellent time management skills
- Computer skills is a must with Microsoft programs proficiency
- Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload
- Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, self-motivated, creative and innovative
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
