Job Summary
Prepare property offering packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries. Execute complex financial modeling of CRE transactions using market data and company data to underwrite deals; manage due diligence, marketing, and closing processes; communicate with Producers, market teams, and clients; assist clients in evaluating business plans and capital structure; develop financing alternatives; begin building a client network through meetings and industry involvement; participate in weekly deal-flow discussions and client-lead reviews. Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills; effectively interface with top-level executives and work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a financial analysis environment; mortgage or commercial real estate industry experience preferred
