Associate Campus Director of Small Groups and Membership - WCC

Job Summary
Implement the Small Groups Plan and oversee recruitment, training, and multiplication of new small group leaders. Strategically determine group placement, coach campus coaches, and pair elders with leaders to grow a sustainable structure for leader care. Connect individuals to groups, organize GroupLink, and regularly assess ministry health and needs. Administer the membership pathway and coordinate with the Adult Discipleship team for The Weekender. Facilitate campus classes and serve at church-wide events such as Easter services and Christmas services. Work 20 hours per week, with advance notice provided for additional church-wide event commitments.
