Job Summary
Inspect communities for maintenance issues and carry out management contract terms while developing accurate annual budgets and resident relation plans. Coordinate activities with support functions, analyze alternative solutions for the Board, and prepare financial reports and meeting minutes. Take client calls, manage work orders, interact with vendors, and resolve client matters while implementing standard operating procedures. Maintain an organized workspace and attend required regulatory seminars to renew your CAM license. This role has no supervisory responsibilities and aims to train candidates into full CAM positions within 12–18 months.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and consistently meet deadlines
- Exhibit professionalism, professional attire and demeanor at all times
- Maintain reliable transportation to assigned clients
- Demonstrates effective communication skills consisting of oral, written and listening skills
- Must be proficient with computer programs needed for specific position including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize daily workload
- Occasional travel may be required
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Community management experience preferred but not required
- CAM license preferred or obtaining within 90 days of employment
