Job Summary
Cashier/Associate at a C-store/station handles customer transactions, greets customers, answers inquiries, promotes sales, maintains inventory and cleanliness in work areas, operates cash register, and contributes to customer satisfaction and sales growth. Responsibilities include ensuring safe operations, following company guidelines for cash control and inventory, stocking and cleaning various store areas, and supporting team efforts to meet store goals. Requires high school diploma or GED (preferred), open weekend/holiday availability, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong customer service and flexible scheduling skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Open availability to work weekends and holidays and varying shifts
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
