Associate Buyer

Associate Buyer role within BMW Shared Services, located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, requiring regular onsite attendance with remote work capability (hybrid). You will serve as the first point of contact for the purchasing department via internal system, perform cost/price negotiations using cost-/price analysis, support internal customers and other buyers, arrange and negotiate projects, ensure compliant documentation per local law and BMW guidelines, update purchasing databases, and help achieve KPIs while supporting supplier reliability and performance in collaboration with legal and other departments. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in business administration, economics, finance or similar, 0-2 years of purchasing experience, strong communication, time-management skills, and language preference in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
