Associate Buyer, Glassware

Associate Buyer, Glassware will develop business strategies and seasonal assortment plans to maximize brand development, sales, and profits for the department. You will own final assortment plans (line lists), product details, target retails, estimated IMU, and floor plan locations for developing purchase projections and buy plans. You will identify emerging trends, obtain feedback from stores, and participate in annual and seasonal financial planning. You will collaborate with Design, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Production, Packaging, and Visual teams to ensure processes are followed and timelines met, present product vision and category performance to leadership, and coordinate information across functions to resolve issues. The role requires a BA/BS degree, 3+ years in merchandising, strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The position is onsite in the San Francisco office Monday–Thursday with Friday optional in the office, and occasional travel within the Bay Area.
