Associate Buyer Direct Trauma and Extremities, Global Procurement Center

The Associate Buyer executes procurement processes, manages supplier interactions, and ensures accurate data and order flow within the Global Procurement Center. Collaborates with supply planning, production scheduling, and materials planning to maintain continuity of supply. Responsibilities include maintaining master data in ERP systems, communicating forecast requirements to suppliers, placing and tracking purchase orders, monitoring safety stock, reviewing supplier data for accuracy and compliance, coordinating updates on demand changes, tracking supplier performance (OTIF, lead times, PO accuracy, inventory impact), and preparing weekly supply/demand reports while supporting cross-functional procurement and planning improvements.
