Job Summary
Resolve customer service requests regarding system functionality and answer user questions while identifying solutions to complex business problems. Gather, analyze, and document business and systems requirements to enhance operational performance, then write specifications, redesign applications, and create mockups. Partner with clients and developers throughout the software development lifecycle, creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results to validate system functionality. Utilize technologies including Jira, SQL, Python, and PowerBI to support PGIM Investment Accounting Systems and drive transformation through automation and improved data workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 1 -2 years experience in the banking and financial services industry, fund administration, accounting, tax or operations experience in financial services
- Bachelor's degree within Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics and Information Technology (BAIT)
- Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Economics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong project management, organization and communication skills
- 2 days on site a week
- Letterkenny
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and related tools (e.g., Microsoft Query, Rapid SQL, DBeaver, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life-Cycle
- Agile methodology
- Cognos or other reporting platforms
