Job Summary
Resolve customer service requests regarding system functionality and answer user questions while identifying solutions to complex business problems through requirement gathering and documentation. Review Operations requests, conduct data-gathering interviews, and write business specifications to enhance operational performance. Partner closely with clients and developers throughout the software development lifecycle, creating test plans, executing test cases, and resolving issues to validate system functionality. Utilize technologies including SQL, Python, and PowerBI to support PGIM Investment Accounting Systems with a focus on transformation, automation, and improved data workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 1 -2 years experience in the banking and financial services industry, fund administration, accounting, tax or operations experience in financial services
- Bachelor's degree within Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics and Information Technology (BAIT)
- Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Economics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong project management, organization and communication skills
- 2 days on site a week
- Letterkenny
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and related tools (e.g., Microsoft Query, Rapid SQL, DBeaver, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life-Cycle
- Agile methodology
- Experience with Cognos or other reporting platforms
- Experience with business analysis, requirements, software testing or proficiency tools (e.g., automated testing tools, compare tools, robotics, data visualization, Python)
