Job Summary
Associate Business Systems Analyst responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Frontier Energy's business systems to support energy efficiency programs. Owns translation of business and program requirements into system behavior, manages configuration, data integrations, and QA/UAT coordination; collaborates with developers and internal/external stakeholders; builds system documentation; oversees end-to-end system changes and post-implementation communication; required skills include requirements translation, data integration, API/middleware fundamentals, SQL/JavaScript, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Lucidchart, Agile familiarity, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar system-focused role
