Job Summary
Select appropriate imagery and graphics to enhance product listings while conducting thorough menu reviews to identify errors and inconsistencies. Create and update menu content to reflect changes in offerings, seasonal specials, and pricing adjustments, ensuring all deliverables are error-free. Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and impact, maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy. This role requires proficiency in written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and flexibility with rotational shifts. Immediate interviews are available for candidates with at least one year of international voice experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of International Voice Experience
- Proficient in written & verbal communication
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cross-functions
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and quick thinking
- Ability to create and update menu content to reflect changes in offerings, seasonal specials, and pricing adjustments
- Excellent time management skills with quality and accuracy as number one priority
- Should be flexible with Rotational Shifts & rotational week offs
