Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, prepare workbooks for month-end closing, and record client transactions using accounting software. Process customer invoices and vendor payments, resolve posting disputes, and monitor purchasing accruals. Assist with compliance reporting for federal and state agencies, maintain client documentation, and execute ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate escalated queries with related teams and ensure all documents are properly archived. Requires a B.S. in Accountancy, detail-oriented skills, and flexibility to expand work hours as necessary.
