Job Summary
The Associate in Business Management and Change will support the Head of Business Management & Change and Regional Head of Middle Office Department. Responsibilities include governance and planning support, drafting business memos, monitoring budget and expenses, and preparing high-quality presentations. The role also involves executing assigned project deliverables, building business cases, and collaborating with IT for system improvements. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Business Management/COO Office or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Broad knowledge of investment and corporate banking products and middle office services

- Strong aptitude with numbers
