Job Summary
Lead integrated content strategies for key client brands, manage and grow client relationships, mentor junior team members, and drive cross-functional collaboration across digital, social, branded, and campaign platforms. Develop compelling brand narratives, ensure campaigns align with tone of voice and brand guidelines, and leverage audience insights and performance metrics to optimize content programs and support revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field
- 7–9 years of experience in Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or related fields
- Proven experience managing content campaigns and leading client relationships
- Experience working with integrated marketing teams and digital platforms
- Strong storytelling and content strategy capabilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills — both written and verbal
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable content strategies
