Job Summary
Lead sales strategy development and execution across the full sales funnel, collaborating with the Account Manager to develop the BD Account Plan for identified accounts; forecast sales and track customer segment performance; refine and implement sales improvement initiatives at country level; build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and distributors; translate regional marketing strategy into country-specific initiatives (e.g., product launches and campaigns) and manage intra-segment marketing programs; oversee clinical-resource allocation; develop stakeholder plans for KOLs and deliver CMEs; drive analytics and insights into the local market; cultivate a high-performing team and coach distributors to achieve growth; requires 5+ years in healthcare/medical device experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy or related science
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare and 3+ years in pharmaceutical marketing
- Experience in sales and marketing strategy planning through to execution and leading teams/distributor networks in the Medical Device industry
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven track record in leading sales and marketing strategies across pipelines, strategic partnerships, and teams
