Job Summary
Associate Business Development Manager in Singapore responsible for driving APAC market expansion by onboarding and nurturing supply partners and travel-experience providers, building partnerships with attractions and venues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and growth of bookings, and providing market/competitor analysis to optimize strategy. Requires English proficiency with Mandarin/Malay or another Asian language, 2+ years BD experience in consumer tech/travel tech/marketplaces, CRM experience, and a startup, entrepreneurial mindset; role based in Singapore with a focus on partnerships, growth, and regional collaboration across APAC.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in consumer tech, travel tech, or marketplace startups
- fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or another Asian language
- based in Singapore
- strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- global mindset and comfort with cross-cultural collaboration
