Job Summary
Associate Business Development Manager to support Colgate-Palmolive’s Grocery Sales team, driving growth through cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include partnering with Grocery Sales and internal teams to create and execute growth strategies, improving in-market retail operations, tracking performance, supporting display vehicles and digital coupon activations, coordinating Hispanic Strategy execution, leading New Item information liaison, and assisting with analytical tasks. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods experience; role is Hybrid-based in Rosemont, IL with up to 10% travel. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.
