Job Summary
Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management. Collaborate with experienced Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating models and business performance. Leverage Veeva's software and data to pull through tangible business and operational solutions focused on speeding drug development and launching treatments. This entry-level role is part of the Business Consultant Development Program for recent graduates, starting July 2027. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and a process-driven mindset, with up to 20% travel. Candidates must live within a 45-minute commute to Boston or NYC for a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States

- Must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Veeva's Boston or New York City office
- Associate Business Consultants must typically go to the office two to three days per week
- Desire to work within an intense, challenging program and environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A process-driven person who loves digging into operations, numbers, and other data to find opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor's degree with 3.0 to 4.0 GPA in any major
- Recent university graduate (up to 1 year postgraduate experience maximum)
- High work ethic
- High integrity and honesty
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of your time per year
