Job Summary
Associate Business Analyst at Amgen in India (Hyderabad) contributing to Commercial Data & Analytics. Collaborates with senior leaders on the Field Analytics product team to translate business needs into technology roadmaps, drive DevOps for roadmap execution, and mature Agile practices for user story development, testing, and UX. Interfaces with business clients and technology management to integrate Sales, Activity, and Digital data into consumable dashboards, reports, and mobile outputs. Leads subject-matter expertise in Reporting and Incentive Compensation capabilities, researching and implementing new tools/features. Requires SAFe/Agile experience, Jira, SQL, Python, ETL tools, Databricks SQL, AWS, Redshift, Big Data, Data Lake, Tableau/Power BI, and strong communication across geographies (primarily India, Portugal, US).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 years of information systems experience
