Job Summary

Negotiate and document complex derivatives transactions, including ISDA master agreements, credit support documentation, and structured repo deals. Advise clients on risk management strategies and regulatory matters within the derivatives practice. Draft, review, and manage complex legal agreements for financial institutions and investment banks. Work alongside senior lawyers on cross-border structured finance and securitisation matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales
  • Experience at a top-tier UK, US, or international law firm
  • Focus on derivatives and structured finance
  • Strong academic background
  • Solid understanding of derivatives products and financial markets
  • Experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on ISDA agreements, master agreements, and related documentation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex transactions with a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to interact confidently with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to think strategically in a dynamic and rapidly evolving legal landscape
