Job Summary
As an Associate Broker at Colliers, you will collaborate on daily operations, focusing on commercial leasing, marketing, and sales. This role involves cold calling, prospecting for new business, maintaining databases for tracking prospects, attending networking events, and learning the 'Colliers Way'. You will prepare presentations, reports, and documents, with a future expectation of managing real estate sales transactions independently. The position requires a driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience (both via phone and in-person canvassing)
- Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California (or in process of obtaining)
- Excellent interpersonal quantitative, writing, and communication skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Desire to advance in the commercial real estate industry
Desired Qualifications
- Quality internship experience in sales
- Experience using CRM programs
- Experience with spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel
