Associate Broker

Associate Broker works under supervision to develop and execute strategies for new and renewal insurance revenue, builds client relationships at all levels, ensures timely processing of applications, quotes, binders, and policies, coordinates state filings where applicable, and maintains compliance with quality control guidelines. Requires active state insurance license, High School Diploma or equivalent, and 1+ years of insurance experience. The role focuses on analyzing markets to design solutions for existing clients and driving growth across property, casualty, environmental, professional, workers’ comp, and personal lines while collaborating with brokers to address underwriting or policy issues and to secure timely, accurate policy issuance.
