Job Summary
Associate Broker works with an established broker to build and solidify client relationships, develop and implement creative strategies based on market analysis to generate new and renewal business, ensure applications are completed and quotes/binders are issued promptly, handle state filings where applicable, and manage taxes in accordance with state laws. Responsible for marketing and providing solutions for new and renewal revenue from existing clients, identifying client needs and proposing Bridge Specialty Group products and services, maintaining knowledge of available markets to negotiate placements, and servicing the designated book of business in marketing, administration, and sales while adhering to Quality Control guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active state insurance license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) or more years of insurance experience
