Job Summary
Support the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns aligned with corporate marketing objectives. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and milestone tracking across initiatives while assisting in developing briefs and managing creative assets with internal teams and external agencies. Manage multiple concurrent projects in brand, advertising, sponsorships, and marketing workstreams, ensuring all materials adhere to brand standards and compliance requirements. Assist in maintaining advertising budgets, invoices, and performance reporting, and coordinate sponsorship deliverables, events, and hospitality programs. Manage brand asset libraries and vendor onboarding processes while facilitating meetings and tracking action items. Partner closely with senior leadership, investment professionals, legal, and external agencies to amplify the firm's brand impact across all asset classes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related role
- Experience working with outside agencies
- ability to coordinate and support across internal and external teams with campaign activation and roll out
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate marketing, brand management, advertising, sponsorship marketing, communications, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing or brand campaigns across multiple channels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with external agencies, vendors, and partners
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience supporting marketing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor management processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working at an alternatives investment manager or within financial services a plus
- Familiarity with sponsorship activation, event planning, partnership management, or experiential marketing is preferred
- Understanding of brand governance, brand standards, and approval processes is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and marketing/project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools
