Job Summary
Associate Brand Manager, Yankee Candle, will support global innovation and growth initiatives, coordinating across regions to adapt the global brand strategy and marketing plans; manage multiple brand projects and ensure timely delivery; develop and distribute core brand assets; lead packaging design for new item launches; partner with central marketing teams to deploy campaigns globally and adapt them for local markets; develop deep understanding of the target consumer and provide data-driven insights to drive growth; prepare reports for Brand Manager and senior management; contribute to post-mortem analyses to identify future opportunities; demonstrate strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year college degree
- 2+ years of prior experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles is preferred.
