Job Summary
Collaborate with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day product development from concept to market. Own and manage key operational documents, including product line planning docs, copy and photography briefs, and project management trackers. Manage licensor communications, portal submissions, and design approvals to ensure brand compliance, integrity, and adherence to development schedules. Analyze point-of-sale data, consumer feedback, and competitive trends to identify new development opportunities and co-develop retail exclusive plans. Partner with the Sales team to gather domestic and international input, participate in key account calls, and assist in creating compelling brand decks. Coordinate the timely creation, placement, and approval of development samples, presentation models, and marketing photography. Act as a central communication hub, consistently updating cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project statuses, style guides, issues, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in brand development, product management, or project management within a consumer products industry
- Familiarity with product development and manufacturing processes
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to eloquently engage diverse audiences at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to measure metrics, interpret data, and formulate strategic recommendations
- Highly adaptable and organized professional who excels at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proactive problem solver and critical thinker with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Desired Qualifications
- knowledge of digital rights management systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a consumer goods industry, preferably toys, or games
