Job Summary
Lead the boutique team to sell merchandise, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships by creating an optimal balance of sales and service. Seamlessly own or escalate invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience. Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives while enabling progressive career development for the roster. Collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners to lead the department's day-to-day function and exceed daily business goals.
