Job Summary
Associate, BizOps & Analytics embedded in one of Jerry.ai's core business areas (growth, product, AI and automation, strategic partnerships) to own the analytical function end-to-end for that unit. You will define problems, set metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that inform decisions and move key metrics. You’ll work with product, growth, finance, and operations to translate findings into actions, drive outcomes, and shape questions to guide strategy. You’ll be a first-principles thinker with strong data chops (Excel, SQL, Python) and a direct communicator who can influence leadership and own outcomes in a fast-growing, highly collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL or Python
- Clear, persuasive communication; ownership mindset
- Ability to surface analytical insights, drive decisions, and execute end-to-end
