Job Summary
Oversee bioanalytical projects throughout their lifecycle, including method development, validation, and sample analysis. Collaborate closely with scientific teams, technical writing, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Maintain daily communication with customers, resolve sample discrepancies, and monitor progress to alert management of potential schedule risks. Coordinate customer visits, support external presentations, partner with business development to prepare quotes, and ensure proper project archiving while complying with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements. This role supports IQVIA Laboratories in transforming and accelerating research and development for the life sciences industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
- Experience with liquid chromatography combined with mass spectrometry
- Hands-on knowledge of sample extraction, routine laboratory procedures, and bioanalytical assays
- Understanding of method development and validation in a regulated laboratory environment
- Strong ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
