Job Summary
End-to-end Billing and Collections Management for matters, including narrative review, pre-bill generation, draft review, finalisation, and quality assurance to ensure billing accuracy and adherence to SLAs. Drive collections, manage client follow-ups and queries, maintain debtor summaries, analyze bad debt, and contribute to audits and compliance. Collaborate with partners, fee earners, secretarial teams, and regional offices to accelerate cash collection, reduce lock-ups, and support continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Commerce graduate
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Billing and collection/ Accounts receivables
- Good communication - oral & written
- Self-starter, energetic and good team player
- Open to deliver additional efforts as and when needed
- Achievement of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly targets and SLA
