Job Summary

On-site Benefit Compliance Associate responsible for regulatory compliance and reporting for employee benefits, including ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA. Responsibilities include configuring Workday to generate 1094/1095-C forms, reviewing and reconciling ACA reporting, supporting 401(k) nondiscrimination testing and audits, calculating 401(k) contributions and true-ups, preparing Form 5500 and WRAP disclosures, completing CMS and other required filings, and collaborating with payroll, vendors, and HR tech teams to ensure accurate enrollment data, billing, and data integrity. The role supports reporting related to Inflation Reduction Act requirements and GAAP-related benefit processes, with emphasis on accuracy, data gathering, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of federal and state benefit regulations
  • 5 years of human resources experience
  • 3 years experience with benefits compliance administration
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
