Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills through fun, engaging, play-based therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure consistency between sessions while collecting and analyzing data on client progress to adjust strategies in partnership with supervising BCBAs. Participate in ongoing training and professional development throughout your career at Beacon. This field-based role serves young children with ASD across Massachusetts, with caseloads built around where you live. Starting between $23.00 – $27.00 per hour, full-time positions include medical and dental insurance, a 401(K), and a $2,500 new hire incentive. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; an Associate's Degree with 300+ hours of experience is also accepted. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, and lifting children or objects up to 50 lbs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Associate's Degree in a related field with 300+ hours of experience with children
- High School Diploma with 600+ hours of relevant experience
