Associate BD Manager RMS (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned region for all Charles River product and services into accounts in a designated geographical region. Travel frequently domestically and internationally. Collaborate with specialist sales staff and management to increase market share of in-house and outsourced revenue, develop account-specific sales strategies, prepare forecasts, qualify leads, build relationships with customers, communicate product/services, and ensure cohesive sales support throughout the process using SFDC. Travel and territory management are key components, with emphasis on driving revenue and leveraging global sales programs (CHALLENGER + JOLT).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in life sciences, sales or related discipline
- Direct working experience with Laboratory Rodent Animal Models is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in life science industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Proficient in standard office applications
