Job Summary
Associate attorney with 2–4 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience to be located in Nashville. The role involves handling Chapter 11 negotiations and plan confirmations, investigating and litigating preferences, fraudulent transfers, and deepening insolvency claims. Represent clients across creditors, debtors, committees, and trustees, including lenders, equity holders, and post‐confirmation fiduciaries. Ideal candidate will hold a JD from an accredited law school, possess an active U.S. bar license, and demonstrate substantial experience in Chapter 11 matters. Salary for Chicago or DC locations ranges from $225,000 to $435,000 and will be determined based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active law license in a U.S. jurisdiction in good standing
- 2 to 4 years of dedicated bankruptcy/restructuring experience
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to represent clients in Chapter 11 negotiations and related proceedings
