Job Summary
Contribute to strategic advisory assignments and executions of public and private capital markets transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Work with regional and international clients on complex deals such as leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts. Collaborate with senior professionals throughout the firm to deliver high-quality advice, utilizing skills in financial modeling, valuation, and capital IQ to synthesize large data sets and manage financial, legal, and reputational risks. Expected base pay ranges from $175,000 to $225,000 annually, with additional incentive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Finance, or a related field of study
- three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as an Associate, Analyst, or a closely related occupation
