Job Summary
Associate Banker on the Consumer Disciplines Banking team to drive client acquisition and deepen relationships by offering comprehensive solutions across Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card, and Chase Paymentech Solutions; collaborate across lines of business to deliver integrated solutions; develop industry expertise in the Food sector and support multi-state territory coverage; contribute to client acquisition and relationship growth by maintaining a methodical approach to prospecting and market activity; rely on strong relationship-building, sales, and problem-solving skills to meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training
- Direct lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships; strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and resources and to meet or exceed sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines; strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge to support our local-delivery model
