Job Summary
Associate to join Banking & Finance team in Kyiv, working on a large defendant litigation project for a key financial services client. Develop commercial and project management skills while advising on a range of financial transactions projects including commercial, retail, energy, pharmaceutical and infrastructure. The role requires 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in banking & finance transactions, including structured finance deals and cross-border restructurings; Ukraine-qualified lawyers with a law degree; strong business English and Ukrainian (Russian a plus); ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative Kyiv-based team. Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of full-time experience in banking & finance transactions, including structured finance deals and cross-border restructurings
- Ukraine qualified with a degree in law from a reputable university
- strong business English level and proficiency in Ukrainian; Russian language skills welcome
- strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Ukrainian and Russian
- commercial approach with administration and time management skills
