Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to Managing Directors and Executive Directors, driving VC meeting preparation and strategic initiatives across the J.P. Morgan platform. Oversee and optimize team operations (calendar management, metrics tracking, budget planning, process improvement) to maximize efficiency. Develop understanding of the full breadth of J.P. Morgan products and services (credit, venture debt, private banking, fund banking, investment banking). Lead preparation and execution of client meetings, internal briefings, and high-profile events, managing materials, logistics, and follow-up. Serve as a central point across lines of business, handling inquiries from internal partners. Build and maintain relationships with junior investors, founders, and ecosystem partners, representing the team at events and expanding your network.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of above-average performance in a similar banking role, credit/lending, or venture capital/private equity-related experience.
- Requirement to complete FINRA Licensing exams (SIE, Series 63 and Series 79)
