Job Summary
Associate Banker for Startup Banking within JP Morgan's Commercial Bank (Middle Market) focusing on relationship management with innovative companies. Responsibilities include prospecting and expanding client relationships, conducting portfolio reviews, and promoting the firm’s solutions (Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services). Will work with product partners and various Corporate Banking teams to deliver the full firm to clients, driving new client acquisition while maintaining a customer-centric, collaborative approach. Requires deep knowledge of banking products, cross-border engagement, and ability to navigate a highly competitive environment; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong leadership
- Ability to develop and retain relationships
- Knowledge of products and services
- Federal Deposit Insurance Act: Section 19 compliance
