Job Summary
Senior Associate Banker supporting LATAM Market at Citi Private Bank in Miami. Key responsibilities include assisting in the creation of sales/marketing strategies to generate revenue growth and acquire new clients, prospecting and networking to develop referrals, profiling and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients, organizing client meetings and maintaining call records, deepening client relationships through analysis, providing revenue tracking and deal pipeline updates, and delivering day-to-day support on documentation (account opening/closing, loan disbursals) while ensuring KYC/AML compliance and risk assessment in line with regulatory and firm standards. Required: 5-8 years of experience, strong knowledge of investments, ability to manage internal/external relationships, Series 7 and 66 or Series 6 and 63/65, fluency in Spanish and English, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The role emphasizes leadership within teams, coaching of new recruits, and contributing to revenue growth for private clients in the LATAM market.
