Job Summary
As an Associate Banker, you will work as an individual contributor delivering accurate work and adhering to established policies while providing exceptional service to a diverse client base. Responsibilities include processing account transactions, introducing clients to new products and digital solutions, and working toward individual and banking center sales and service goals. The role emphasizes building rapport with clients and fellow associates, educating clients on products and digital technologies, and supporting other departments as needed. The position includes training and coaching during onboarding with opportunities for advancement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Bilingual language skills
