Job Summary
Associate Banker in our Life Sciences group partners with founders and management teams across biotech, pharma services, medical devices, tools & diagnostics, CROs and CDMOs to deliver tailored banking solutions (cash management, liquidity, credit, FX, card, merchant services) and provide strategic financial guidance for growth, from Series A to late-stage/public company growth. The role involves building relationships, driving new client acquisition, supporting capital markets connections, collaborating with firm partners, and delivering actionable banking solutions while staying informed on life sciences industry trends. Key responsibilities include staying current on industry trends, identifying opportunities for partnerships, delivering tailored banking solutions, driving new client acquisition, and promoting a culture of innovation and client-centric service.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit, or treasury role
- FINRA Series 79, 63, and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must be obtained within 180 days of hire

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
