Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform, including opening and closing accounts, servicing deposits and withdrawals, and resolving debit/credit card issues. Deliver end-to-end advice by educating customers on products, managing self-generated and referral leads, and scheduling appointments with bank partners. Service customers on both the teller line and digital platforms while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances and adhering to compliance protocols for authentication and risk control. Manage lobby traffic as the first point of contact for walk-ins, orchestrate client meetings, and ensure all tasks align with established policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
