Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions, including opening and closing accounts, servicing deposits and withdrawals, and resolving debit/credit card issues. Deliver end-to-end advice by educating customers on products, managing self-generated and referral leads, and scheduling appointments. Service customers on both the teller line and digital platform while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances and adhering to compliance protocols. Manage lobby traffic and represent the store as the first point of contact for inquiries and resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Teller training completion
- Part 1 of platform training completion
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License
