Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions, open new accounts, and service customers on the teller line or digital platform while uncovering financial needs. Deliver end-to-end advice by building trust with educational content, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights to attract and retain customers. Manage wait times, orchestrate lobby traffic, and handle customer inquiries as the first point of contact for resolutions or appointments. Complete required training, including Teller training and platform training, while adhering to all compliance and risk control programs. Maintain cash drawer balances and follow open/close procedures as a Dual Control agent when required. This role supports TD's goal of making banking simpler and more human for over 27 million households.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Teller training completion
- Part 1 of platform training completion
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License
