Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line and platform, including opening and closing accounts, servicing deposits, and resolving debit/credit card issues. Deliver end-to-end advice by educating customers on products, managing self-generated and referral leads, and scheduling appointments with Bankers. Maintain cash drawer balances, follow strict compliance protocols for authentication and risk, and ensure accuracy in all operational activities. Service customers with opening/closing personal deposit accounts, everyday bank transactions, and digital banking inquiries while adhering to TD's brand promise and customer service strategy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
